Scheduled an appointment online to come in at 9:30 to try on wedding dresses. Showed up at the store and they don’t open until 12 even though google said 9:30 is when they open and their website let me schedule the appointment . Then they proceeded to come in at 12 when they opened and canceled my appointment and didn’t even call me to see if I wanted to reschedule. I then went Champaign and lace in Collinsville and elegant brides in edwardsville where I received exceptional service and I said yes to the dress.

Unfortunately, I did not have the experience I was hoping for with Maroon Bridal. My journey began at the wedding expo at Old Wicks in early February 2025, where I booked my appointment for May 17th at 11:00 AM. The booking process was pleasant and easy at the time. The day before my appointment, I received a message from Holly at the shop asking if I could come in earlier, between 8:00–8:30 AM, due to staffing issues. Loved my experience at Maroon Bridal & Co. It was my first time trying on dresses and they made it all so easy! They were very helpful and accommodating and so friendly! Would definitely recommend to future brides!
