So disappointed! This is one of our favorite places in Collierville and we happily visit once a week. Unfortunately, this was the first time ever where we felt like such an inconvenience to the workers. They messed up on our food order and after kindly letting them know, their response was “our kitchen staff said they don’t have the time to remake your food”. Maroon Brew is a wonderful place to visit with the family. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and relaxed—perfect for a casual outing. I especially loved the dark beer, which has a rich, well-balanced flavor, and they offer a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Great local spot! Maroon Brew has an awesome atmosphere, great food, and really good beer. Maggie is fantastic, and Abigail and the rest of the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the experience they provide. Always happy to support a great local business. Definitely recommend checking out Maroon Brew!
Super cozy and quant restaurant. They offer a mug club where you can get cheaper pints and such. The smash burger was just okay but very reasonably priced in my opinion. The garlic parm pretzel bites were killer (along with the included dill ranch). What really stole the show though was the beer. Told the guy at the counter what I liked and got a sample (and subsequent pour) of one of the best beers I’ve ever had. Absolutely would come here again.
The people here are fantastic, so let me start there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the food and beer didn't live up to my expectations. With so many outstanding breweries in the Memphis area, the beer selection just isn't at the same level.
