I picked up a Specialized Allez Elite from Bike Barn and was thrilled with their service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and got the bike set up perfectly for me. They were extremely knowledgeable about the bike as well. I also like the fact that, even with things the way they are right now, they made sure the bike was set up right for me before I left. They also offered to tell me about some good local places to ride. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
Went to Bike Barn a couple times this week looking for a bike for my son who wants to get into mountain biking. All 3 of the employees who worked with us could not have been more kind and helpful. They also made my son feel like some kind of professional even though we were only buying an entry level bike. Their enthusiasm for their sport and sharing it with others is infectious. Thank you so much to Austin and his team for the help. We will definitely be back.
Brought in two Road bikes for repairs and they were very friendly, professional, and awesome service. I had to drive quite a ways to bring my bikes in and they fixed it right away and I was able to take them back with me. They even managed to get my watch to pair with my new bike garmin😊. Took the time to even explain some things about my bike. Very happy with their service and extremely knowledgeable about their products 😊👍🏻
These guys are awesome! Got a new (to me) bike serviced and ready for the trails. The staff is super knowledgeable and about as friendly as it gets. I've found my new shop for all my bike equipment and maintenance needs!
College Station Bike Barn is incredible. Jud is an excellent manager. I'm a newbie, and he's advised me every step of the way. The first step was the rental. I didn't understand the terms "Specialized" and "Ruby." College Station is known for its hospitality and friendliness. Jud gets our vote for the best example of the Aggie spirit.
I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing a mountain bike and full gear setup, their maintenance plan is dope and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable!
Always extremely helpful. Love my bike!
