On hold for 1 hour with being number 1 in the queue... They don't answer phone calls AT ALL. They just leave you on hold until you hang up or they cut you off. Go-to the centre and ask for all of the workers names so you can submit a complaint to the ombudsman because these guys are getting paid taxpayer dollars to do nothing.
