My 84 year-old mother who I haven’t seen for three years, was arriving at Brisbane Airport today. My usual doctor (Dr Rupa - Who is amazing) Was unwell so my telehealth appointment came through unexpectedly at 11:30 am this morning just for my repeat prescriptions which I can’t get at any other doctor, including instant Scripts. When checking my child's ear, Dr Monga shaved her appliance for ear so hard into the child's ear that she was telling me her ear kept hurting one hour after the appointment. She managed to spare the other, how kind of the doctor. The entire appointment the doctor was visibly rude and judgemental as if we had to justify being there. Seriously? Also quoting Dr Monga "there could be many other things wrong with her", as if to sow doubt or disbelief in asking for a blood test where concern lay, when referring to a child standing... read more
