After calming down from my first bad experience I decided to give it another try and I was really pleased. All went well and everyone was kind. My original rating: I came in person to book an appointment during their opening hours. There was a sign they suddenly closed but there was still someone inside. I knocked and asked that I don't need a doctor, I just want to book an appointment. The receptionist was really rude! I'm glad I found out before booking any apportionment here.
the receptionist was a little bit rude, she was not happy that i made 1 question. (I feel that maybe she was having a bad day)
We visited this practice today because my wife had lost some of her meds while travelling here from NZ. The receptionist went out of her way to help her get an appointment promptly with the nurse practitioner. I regret that I have only 5 stars to give.
