We visited this practice today because my wife had lost some of her meds while travelling here from NZ. The receptionist went out of her way to help her get an appointment promptly with the nurse practitioner. I regret that I have only 5 stars to give.
Receptionist Bailey was lovely to deal with, nothing is ever a problem. Have been seeing Dr Rupa for a while now and he actually cares. He is a kind and thoughtful doctor and has given me wonderful advise. Runs on time too. The nurses are fabulous as well
Dr Chub was excellent as was the nurse.
My usual doctor had left and the receptionist arranged for me to see Dr Anjalika Monga. I was wanting scripts for my ADHD medications which the previous doctor was happy to provide. Dr Monga was incredibly rude and refused to provide me with the scripts. Procedures required her to get a new authorisation but she refused to do so. She showed lack of empathy and understanding of my condition which has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist.
