Really great customer service by Connor who answered my phone call. He was very helpful with my enquiry, and followed through, even returning my call when we got disconnected. Excellent customer service, so worth mentioning. Thanks to Dr Rupa & Connor.
Multiple times I have tried to call the doctors around 4:30pm but they turn their phones off even though the opening hours are from 8am to 5pm.
I've been going to this clinic for years and everyone is so nice! Dr chu is the best and I have recommended her to so many people as she is so friendly and is always willing to listen and support. Staff there are amazing and communicate well about wait times.
