I've been going to this clinic for years and everyone is so nice! Dr chu is the best and I have recommended her to so many people as she is so friendly and is always willing to listen and support. Staff there are amazing and communicate well about wait times.
Doctor Chu and the receptionist are totally unprofessional. Not only did doctor chu not send the scripts after a Telehealth phone call the staff rang two day later waiting payment for scripts I have never received. This was the second time Dr Chu didn’t send my pain relief scripts as I’m suffering from a large herniated disc in my spine. We have seen Dr Tyson Pardon multiple times and it has always been a delight to have such a personable doctor who is wonderful with kids, and adults alike. He has a really friendly, approachable nature, gives excellent advice and explains things clearly in a way that makes both parents and children feel comfortable. We have always found him easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. He is a real credit to the practice and I would highly recommend him.
The worst experience I ever had in any clinic. The reception is suck! I had mentioned to the guy about having an immunization as well as having an appointment with the doctor for something else, and was told I’ve been booked in. And I did call another time to make sure I could be able to see the doctor. But when I came for that day, and finished my immunization with the nurse I was told can’t see the doctor that day! They finally told me because I added a care plan with the nurse so I can’t use my medicare with in 6 hours so... read more
Dr Joanna Chu was super thorough and attentive. I am new to the Sunshine Coast and was nervous switching GPs, but felt very reassured I’ve made the right decision! Very happy with my experience.
