Our recycling was only half emptied so I called same day for another pickup. I even confirmed whatever was left in bin was loose and not jam packed, so no excuse for it to not be emptied the first time around. Fast forward to the following morning, where I watched the 2nd pickup attempt. First thing the driver did was FLY up/down our residential street, RUSH out of the truck open the container and throw a bunch of thin Styrofoam/plastic all over the street/end of driveway. Best Customer Service Ever Maroney's personal service and customer first approach is always outstanding. They went out of there way on a cold snowy day to double back and pick up huge recycling stash that we didn't get out to curb on time. I will continue to give them our business and tell everyone to switch to this great business!
When I call them, a person answers. I don't have to navigate a menu system. I called them for trash service. They came when they said they would come. They are reliable, prompt and clean. I saw some papers blow out of my cart when they came to dump my trash. The driver took the time to actually get out of his truck and pickup the mess!
Very satisfied!! I called into the office to ask someone to come out and pickup a new trash container that had been delivered by mistake. The young lady who answered the phone, I apologise I forgot her name, was very pleasant. She listened to my question as to when it could be picked up, and she responed with, today sir!She also told me that the route men were a very attentive group and will be happy to stop by today.That's the kind of employees we should all be so lucky to have!!!!Thanks,Doug Cunnien
Very Satisfied Customer We have been customers now for about 18 yrs. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are extremely reliable in the service they provide. Every time I have call the office I have received prompt and polite attention. We had our disposal can disappear from the end of our drive- a new one was quickly delivered.
