How do you sell HOMES while refusing to answer inquiries? This happened three or four times. Using the form on their website I asked a specific question about a CASH purchase of a home. No reply for days. Then a form reply. And then no reply to a specific request. Apparently I'm ready to go and they, somehow, are not in the business of actually selling houses. On to another builder.

absolute horrible company that is only customer centric during the purchase. After that, they don't return calls, don't stand by their warranty, and don't care about customer service.

Maronda is garbage. Once you’re moved into your house they don’t care about you. There is no one for you to contact, anything that stops working or errors in craftsmanship needs to be submitted to the portal and they have 2/3 business days to get back to you. This includes major things like water leaks. And once they do get back to you, it’s not any of their concern and something you probably broke on your own.
