absolute horrible company that is only customer centric during the purchase. After that, they don't return calls, don't stand by their warranty, and don't care about customer service.
How do you sell HOMES while refusing to answer inquiries? Edit: Below is the only contact from this company's home office I can raise to requests made in Florida.
Maronda is garbage. Once you’re moved into your house they don’t care about you. There is no one for you to contact, anything that stops working or errors in craftsmanship needs to be submitted to the portal and they have 2/3 business days to get back to you. This includes major things like water leaks. And once they do get back to you, it’s not any of their concern and something you probably broke on your own. I am revising my review. The drainage issue with the yard has been addressed. So has the basement issue. After the delay, the service by Maronda warranty did well addressing the issues. I will update the review after the 6 month warranty check.
See my review of Maronda - Highland Meadows in Monaca. Very poor warranty service after a rush to close. So far, the driveway pavers blocked the main sewer line and everything backed up into the basement. Six weeks later, the finished basement has not been made whole and usable. The front steps were installed with poor support and are leaning.
