How do you sell HOMES while refusing to answer inquiries? This happened TWICE. Using the form on their website I asked a specific question about a CASH purchase of a home. No reply. Apparently I'm ready to go and they, somehow, are not in the business of actually selling houses. Maronda is garbage. Once you’re moved into your house they don’t care about you. There is no one for you to contact, anything that stops working or errors in craftsmanship needs to be submitted to the portal and they have 2/3 business days to get back to you. This includes major things like water leaks. And once they do get back to you, it’s not any of their concern and something you probably broke on your own. I am revising my review. The drainage issue with the yard has been addressed. So has the basement issue. After the delay, the service by Maronda warranty did well addressing the issues. I will update the review after the 6 month warranty check.
