If I could give negative stars I would. Our house is a train wreck and we've lived here less than 2 years. The first week we moved in the jacuzzi tub leaked all the way down to our wood floors, black mold, uneven/finish wearing off on hardwood and now shingles blowing off to name a few.
I have lived in my home 9 days. Monday or Tuesday I called the building supervisor to tell him that my hot water in the master bath was little more than a trickle. He told me that the plumber would call me. (That hasn't happened yet). Then, on July 3, I noticed a wet spot on my kitchen ceiling. I placed a service request (which is supposed to have a 24 hour turn around) and haven't heard anything yet.
