We bought our 5th house with Moranda no complaints, looking forward to my 6th
We purchased a new home build through Maronda (Mara at Maronda was our real estate sales agent). She walked us through everything, was extremely helpful through the whole process, and worked with our needs. We also had Joe as our building supervisor and he was thorough and really easy to work with. They have a great team at Maronda and even got our home built faster than predicted! I'd highly recommend this builder to anyone looking :)
