Bought my town home barely two years ago. 1st I had a lot of outlet problems (one room light switch would turn the other room on). Then my floors you can see exactly where they cut and stuck the pieces together. My biggest problem yet is my roof! I have submitted several complaints about my room having a leak stain. The warranty department said it happened to be out of the first year of living here. I should give Maronda more stars because I love my house. But every single one of my neighbors in our development have complaints about Maronda, from the lack of knowledge/helpfulness of the salespeople to the horrible craftsmanship in their homes (crooked ceilings, uneven floors on second story, cracks in floor in single stories). If you are only buying a Maronda home because of the cost, it might be worth looking at some other builders before you sign on the dotted line with Maronda.
