Maronda Homes is a terrible builder and run by dishonest, unscrupulous people. My parents were told by sales people that don't work there anymore, that the poplar forest behind their forever home would remain there, it made for a beautiful view and lowered the heat and sheltered wildlife. Today we found that Maronda ordered the forest behind their home to be torn down for 'drainage' reasons, with zero notice even though the trees absorb excess moisture.
