I recently bought a home from Maronda and what a horrible workmanship! Crooked ceilings, crooked floors. I made several claims on the warranty....well good luck getting them to do anything. And if they do anything, it will be of the worst workmanship. They get very rude when you call and they may answer your calls, but dont expect any satisfactory results.
