I was a client of Dr. Righetti at Marod Spa. I was seeing her for the tattoo removal of a reminder to a traumatic/abusive event in my life. Dr. Righetti was aware of all this and when I had to leave state due to that same situation, I had money left on my spa account for future laser removal sessions. Dr. Righetti said she understood why I had to leave state and why I could not return and although normally they do not refund balances, in my case she would.
