We called around everywhere to the big dealers and the mom and pop shops for parts and could not find them anywhere. Marobo was the last place we called because of their low star reviews but they had the parts in stock and even gave us helpful pointers. Very professional and a great help, really don't see how they were rated with just a couple stars - - - wish I could add an extra one for them. Thanks Wally!

MAROBO MOTORS IS THE ABSOLUTE EQUIVALENT OF A RIP OFF SCAM..!! Do your Home work! You will be charged TWICE THE AMOUNT of what you would pay on AMAZON. Their definition of customer service is 'bring your Vaseline or we going to hurt you good.' After paying way more than I could have paid for a tore up electric transport at Amazon or just down the street, once they had secured my money that was it. I purchased 3 kids ATV's through Marobo in June and I did not have a single complaint regarding anything there. I dealt with Robert who took my order over the phone on a Tuesday and they delivered them to my house on Saturday night. The kids were very excited about them. The are very fast and seem to be pretty good quality for the price. Unfortunately the kids were driving crazy and ran into each other at a pretty good speed and I had to take them into the shop for some repairs. Took 5 weeks of lies and aggravation before I finally got my 50cc bike back from this shop, for a repair job that another mechanic accomplished "in his spare time" over a week-end. The bike now hits a top speed of 30-35mph and sounds like it's choking, whereas previous to their "fixing" it, it ran easily at 40-45mph. Unethical, unreliable, inept. AVOID! If you want a nightmare of headache, use them at your own discretion. I'd recommend any other mechanic.
BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTIST. they will tell you you don't need to register or get s tag for 30 days. that's a lie. they just don't want to pay the cost of having the equipment to do it for you. you will be driving the scooter home illegally. you can be arrested and the scooter impounded for their lies. not to mention the fines. then on top of all this they sell scooters with lousy brakes.
