Management seems to rotate as soon as you get to know them.
Can’t get ahold of anybody with this company to save your life. They sure are quick to get ahold of you though when you owe them money. Funny how you punish your residents for unsuccessfully being able to reach you.
I left a one star on my other acct I will leave another one star on this acct . So the biggest issue is they let you make your lot rent payment via an app or in person so on the app it takes like 7 days for the money to pull out of the acct. So we choose to make our payment in person my wife for the past month has had a better life time finding Waldo then being able to get in touch with someone in the office. My wife went to the office 4 different times from the time of 9am until 1pm no one was there the door was locked ever... read more
She was very helpful,, but sadly she and one other were overflowed by customers,, I had to be extra patient for her because she was basically taunted by a bad customer..
