We listed our property with Vacasa for less than a year as we did not have a good experience. People who onboarded us were fine, but it was downhill once we were under contract with them. The view from this place is truly amazing, but unfortunately, the property doesn’t live up to the price. We encountered several cleanliness issues—bugs throughout the space, spider webs, hair on the floor, flooded sink, some lights were not working, and even signs of bed bugs. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it unless cleanliness isn’t a concern for you.
