Stefano and the team at Marmot are the best property management company my wife and I have ever worked with! My wife and I have moved around a lot over the years for work and we've dealt with a lot of different property management companies. Marmot are down-to-earth people who seem to really care about about, not just the properties they manage but the tenants who rent from them. We would work with/rent from then again in a heartbeat and truly hope that we can do so in the future!
One of the most exceptional property management companies in Northern Nevada. Every communication was straightforward, professional and prompt. Stefano is particularly sharp, and excellent at answering any questions that may be had. As a whole, Marmot seems like an incredibly trustworthy organization, like a shining star in the otherwise dim sky that is the Reno-Sparks rental market.
