Seems nice at first and pretty knowledgeable. He was very quick to respond until money transfered hands. It's been almost 3 months now and he still has not sent drawings and is no longer responding to messages or answering calls. Glad it happened early on in the process with only 500$ and not after we started the project and gave him our life savings for our dream barndominium. This guy is a thief, don't give him a dime. There are plenty of reputable companies in the area and this is not one of them.
Great guy. Very professional and friendly.
