Its a nice house but he didn';t help me when a pump went out. Nice house built by him but when a problem arouse with a pump that went out he didn't help at all. It was a simple problem that he could have rectified but would not and had to sue him in small claims court to collect what I put out to have it repaired. All in all the house he built is excellent but his service after the warranty was poor. House building star a 5, service star a 1.
