I started the process by sending an internet question to several car dealerships. We were between the Ford Edge and the Chev Equinox. The response from three of the Chev dealerships was excellent (Taylor, Suburban in Ann Arbor and Chelsea dealers). Alice at Chelsea was the quickest in response and offered a couple of suggestions as to how to purchase one of the hail sale cars. It was the speed in which she responds to emails that I appreciated.
