The worst service. They conducted an inspection at our workplace a few days ago, but they did a poor job and left no tags indicating the work performed. We called to ask them to come back and finish the job—which they agreed to do, as we explained that nothing had been tagged—but it is a shame that they offer such deficient service. In the end, they didn't send anyone to resolve the issue; yet, they certainly sent the bill. And when you call, they just keep transferring you around without offering any solution.
On April 21, 2026 two technicians arrived and supposedly performed the annual inspection of the dry sprinkler system and the backflow preventer; however, they ultimately failed to tag any of the equipment they tested. I called last week to report this issue and was told that someone would be dispatched, but no one ever showed up. I had a very good experience at Marmic with SCBA tank hydrostatic testing. They are the only company in the area that I know doing hydrotesting. The whole process took a little over a week.
Terrible customer service. I went in for extinguisher service and to buy some, but the front desk lady had a bad attitude. Felt like they didn’t want my business. Customers deserve respect.
After some initial frustration with lack of communication (I called 3x and submitted two contact forms), the branch manager personally called me to explain their new phone system and the issues it’s been causing which is something I could totally relate to since my office is dealing with similar problems. He was kind, professional, and genuinely eager to fix the issue.
