Best company I’ve ever used
We took our fire extinguisher for a recharge. When we went to pick it up they said they destroyed it because it had a dent. They offered to sell a new one for $400. They did not have permission to destroy our property.
I called for an emergency for a sprinkler head dripping. Tech came out within an hour but, told me he did not have the sprinkler head on his truck that he would be out the next day btwn 10am - 11am. Next day he pulls in the parking lot got out of truck next thing I know he is gone. I called the tech left 2 msgs nothing back. Next day I call the office was told there was no notes or nothing on the account, she would call the tech see what is going on and she would call me back that was 2 days ago.
