Amy Brandenburg is absolutely amazing, called for inspections she was fast and efficient made the process very easy. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and is a go getter!!
Professionalism is not their strong suit. The technician was good and polite, but the management - a very different story. First they sent me an email with day and time of inspection without asking if we were available. We were not. Then they scheduled it for Wed, but showed up on Tue unannounced. Lasts year their, technician just walked into our suite and started inspecting the device, without announcing himself or asking for permition to start the work.
