I’ve lived here for a little over 2 years and the maintenance of this property leaves a lot to be desired. Took 2 years for the disgusting stairwells to be addressed/repainted. And once this was finally done, rather than sanding down the peeling paint and using paint meant for decking/high traffic areas, they just painted over peeling areas with paint that appears to just be interior paint. I'll share my experience for any perspective tenants- especially women. There is a repeat stalker that records women through windows. The HOA hid this from as many people as they could (presumably to protect property values) and I found out, months later, that I was one of the victims and the HOA did NOTHING to contact me OR send out a condominium email that warned residents what was happening.
