Ive been going to Marma every two weeks for the last 6 months and I love it! The staff is very friendly, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is cozy. Ive been to many spas in NY and around the world and I must say that Marma has a special place in my heart. Im always looking forward to going back. Matt and Carmen give great massages. They also pay attention to what is troubling my muscles and will give me suggestions on how to correct the problem. Najat does my waxing and is by far the best brow person Ive ever had.... read more
Slow, bad service and staff.
Had an excellent facial from Jacqueline yesterday. I had the Aveda customized facial. I highly recommend it and her.
My first massage was awful - so I went back to give it one more try, thinking a different therapist might do a better job - it was equally as awful. In fact, it seems that this Aveda owned spa must train all of their therapist with the same method - both therapists used the same EXACT method and technique - it was like having the same horrible massage twice! Dont waste your money!
my grandmother gives better massages than the girls at this place.
