Mr. Jay Carr showed us the apartment and took the time to be thorough with details of everything, even about the traffic. It has been a month. The apartment is great. We are on the third floor, decently quiet and the natural light is wonderful. If only if there is an elevator, this would have been a 5 stars.
I moved into Marlowe because it was a new and beautiful complex with appealing amenities like a gated community and valet trash. Unfortunately, my experience living here for a year did not live up to the initial impression. The gates never functioned properly—you could simply pull up and they’d open automatically for anyone, defeating the purpose of a “gated” community. Hi this place do not like when you break lease or move out they will not communicate with you at all the assistant manger here does not value customer service at all. I had to go to her office for entire a week asking her to send me a simple email for my documentation for what I owed and when I need to pay it. Then she told me false information about how I need to submit the payment. This has been a disaster I break leases all of time cause I’m always on business travel and never receive this kind of terrible customer servic... read more
