I stay here now and it’s to many problems I have a baby and it’s really hot in my apartment begged for more air they did nothing to fix it also have mold in here mind you I have an baby now I’m going to have to more out of my apartment where I paid my rent because of more problems on top of problems this is really outrageous I have to use 3 fans in my room and it’s still hot water leaks from my ceiling bathroom just broke down period this isn’t safe and should most definitely get shut down

Dec 17. 24 I have to say the problems have gotten better. I've been here for over a year, The elevator is working well. Maintenance for me have improved. My rating is 3 stars now. Management is hard to reach, they rarely answer the phone, you have to go to the rental office. Both Elevators are always going out! Requests for repairs are slow. The building does have mice. The carpet in the hall is filthy. And in order to move they require 2 months notice or they will take all or a portion of your security deposit! I know all o... read more
