Mike helped me in the middle of tax season when no one else would have! It was very busy but he gave me the time. My taxes were a mess ( self inflicted) and I hade a lot of questions. Looking forward to them and him making my tax experience less of a head ache. Thank you for being there when no body else had the time.....
I would never recommend this business to anyone. I had my 2018 taxes done by this office. In September 2021, I received a letter from the Commonwealth of MA stating I underpaid my personal income tax and that I owed $450. I called Gajda, Arnold, & McConnell about this issue and McConnell admitted that his office incorrectly transposed my income when filing the taxes on my behalf. When I asked if I would receive a partial refund for this error, he was incredulous, stating "We're not going to pay your taxes for you." This was ... read more
