Just awful. It was an excruciating process with ineptitude being the overall theme. Paperwork wasn’t prepared and filed in a timely manner and it was riddled with mistakes(some of which we are still dealing with after closing and moving into our new home). Unprofessional correspondence through email and phone tried our patience everyday. It didn’t feel like we were being led by a knowledgeable team and instead we felt anxious and frustrated throughout the entire process.
