We have had a terrible time concerning my mother-in-law. A month ago she went in for a regular check up. She had a UTI, this practice knows that she has complicated UTI problems. We called for a recheck urinalysis, it took them a week to call us back to tell us she could come in to leave a sample. We NEVER heard back from this office, even after we called to check on the results. She progressively got worse. They also knew that her urologist could not see her until the end of the month.
