A very friendly Doctor Who asked the right questions and did not rush me and I think he will make an excellent primary care physician for me
Exceptional service. Never a long wait to bevseen. The facility is very clean. The staff is professional and polite. Dr. Sharpe takes very great care of his patients and he actually cares about his patients and their well being.
I called last Tues about a new prescription and left a mes on the nurses’ line. Today is Mon Dec 23 and I have not heard a word! I take this med ev day! I called this morning and by 3:30p have not heard a word! Called again and pressed appt line to pos speak with a person! This lady was not polite and said that was scheduling and I said yes I knew and then got disconnected! I called today to book an appointment for my son. The receptionist was very very rude. I see someone also complained about the receptionist behavior previously. Please pay attention and take care of this as no one should be so rude at doctor's office because it will affect the mental health of patients visiting there. It was a call on August 29 around 10am to book an appointment for a new patient.
