We have had a terrible time concerning my mother-in-law. A month ago she went in for a regular check up. She had a UTI, this practice knows that she has complicated UTI problems. We called for a recheck urinalysis, it took them a week to call us back to tell us she could come in to leave a sample. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr Sharpe.
Went on dropped off a prescription request..they sent my doc a msg. I waited several days never heard anything or received any call.. went back in to check. Was told they only worked so many days and hours but the msg was sent..they would reach out to me if they could fill it. I've given up on receiving this medication.
Office staff made critical errors while taking tests in office. The staff needs training. Very disappointing and frustrating. This was a total waste of my time and money serving no benefit to my health.
