He’s my sister in law’s doctor and he’s awesome .
My daughter is Dr Kleinman patient . I go with her to every visit , and I am so happy she chose this practice ! Dr Kleinman is wonderful! He is so down to earth, smart , kind and has a great sense of humor ! He really cares ! Every single person in this office is super nice , and deserves a recognition!
Although Dr. Kleinman has a kind and gentle manner, every time I’ve brought my Mom to him, we’ve had to wait at least an hour and a half. Bad idea for already sick and vulnerable people to be waiting that long in a doctor’s office. No one there ever seems phased by it or apologizes. Both of my parents have walked out without seeing him because they waited 2 and a half hours. One time we waited so long that the girl behind the desk actually brought us a snack. I feel like I am in the absolute best care under Dr. Kleinman. He is very thorough and explains everything in an easy to understand manner. The only complaint I have seen in his reviews is that someone has waited a long time at their appointment - to me, he is worth the wait.
Dr. Kleinman is so thorough and has excellent bedside manner! I had seen a number of specialists over the past year with no one knowing what was going on with me. Dr. Kleinman asked a bunch of questions regarding my symptoms and whatnot and based on my responses, he was able to have the right tests administered. If it weren't for him, I may have never known what was going on with me. Very grateful for that! Yes, it can be a wait once at his office, but honestly I don't care.
