I moved from there September 30 The staff is very friendly but I had put in work orders and they didn’t get done while i stayed there and the island outlets went out and the maintenance guy said he was gonna order a part for the breaker box and never did But the walls and ceiling are thin and you can hear your neighbors walking and ponding hard But besides that the apartment was cool
Moved in a couple months ago and since this is my first apt, I've had so many questions, they were all answered and Wendy was super helpful with any questions/concerns that I had. Staff is kind and maintenance is also quick to respond. They have all made this experience easy!
We moved in back in April of this year and haven’t had any issues. The staff is very responsive with any maintenance request we have as well as any general questions we may have. The amenities are great and the walking distance to the mall is an added bonus. Ricardo in maintenance is very helpful and respectful to our home and we know we can count on him to fix any issues we may have. We appreciate all of the staff and the work they put in to make it a welcoming environment with all of the events they plan.
