One of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had — avoid this place. I moved in June 2024 and was told the pool would be open in July. It didn’t open until January. Even then, it would randomly close every other week with no real explanation. When I moved in, the grass was always overgrown, and they had one maintenance guy trying to mow everything with a push mower in 90+ degree weather, which ended up spraying grass all over people’s cars parked on the street. I want to start by saying that the staff here is generally responsive and helpful within their limits. However, when it comes to resolving issues fairly or taking accountability for ongoing problems, there is a noticeable disconnect. I moved here with my s/o and friend in September. When we first moved in we had many issues with maintenance. The apartment *still* has white paint spots all throughout the place, chainsaw like marks on our ceiling where they mistakenly put the vent, no hot water, place was gross and full of dirt and dust, many things weren’t connected to the light switches and our front door had AND STILL HAS a huge gap so cold air and summer air blows in constantly. Disappointed with Move-In Experience I moved in this May and was disappointed to deal with plumbing issues right away. The bathroom ended up flooding into the closet, which is especially frustrating for a new property. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience so far.
We moved in a couple months ago and it has been nothing but great! Josh and Wendy are great to work with! They are always more than happy to help us with anything we have. Maintenance responds right away and the apartments and upkeep is fantastic.
