Today was my first installation with Marlins. The entire experience was excellent from estimate to appointment. Joe was very knowledgeable about my particular issues, and gave me very fair pricing. I liked all the communication throughout the entire process- email, text, and phone calls. Joe and Justin arrived on time, and I had my kitchen drain diverted from dry well to main house drain line, and a new water heater installed. Marlins water service has exceptional customer service. I called on Thursday and spoke with Charles they had me scheduled, and replaced my water heater less than 24 hours later. Pricing was amazing and Charles was very transparent from the beginning. He gave me the worst case scenario (most expensive outcome) and the best case (cheaper/more affordable outcome). Thank god it all worked out as planned and i got the best case scenario and best price. I will be using Marlins only for all my plumbing/well water needs.
Joe's had been great and was quick to help when I needed it. Highly recommend!
I've had a great experience with Marlin's. We've unfortunately been dealing with a number of plumbing problems this year, and Joe has been there throughout the process to not only do efficient and fairly priced work, but to also offer guidance and input on our more complicated problems.
