Marlin was extremely kind and professional. We just moved into the area and had a water heater emergency. He was prompt, replaced our water heater, and had a couple laughs. I highly recommend.

I called like 2 or 3 months ago to install washer hookups Let's just say they said 2 weeks out. They just led me on haven't heard anything since.
