Have not used them but they need to learn to be courteous drivers and not fly up on people and ride on their bumper and a use of a blinker would be nice. All at going over 80. Careless

Marlin installed my windshield fine. However, the rain sensor has never worked. He came back three or four times. I called again and he asked for my VIN #. He never called back. Finally six weeks ago I bought the repair kit myself and called Marlin, because the VW dealership said the installer had to install the part. He still hasn’t contacted me. My next move will be to contact the Better Business Bureau.

These guys are good at what they do. They replaced my windshield the day after I called them. Excellent service at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone.

On 3 separate occasions in the past few years I was told they would call me back and they never did. If you’re busy or if the job isn’t appealing enough, I understand, but tell me so I’m not sitting around waiting for nothing. I’m not even sure why I bothered trying again. You’d think I would’ve figured it out after the first 2 failed attempts of doing business with them. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.
