They showed up on time and got right to work. I asked Danan if I could watch and he said ok. He answered all my questions as he was working and it was obvious he had 26 years experience. His work was very professional and he gave me pointers on caring for the new filter since I do my own maintenance. I would Highly recommend Marlin Pools for any pool repairs.
Jerry just saved me a lot of $ and a headache fixing a leak on a new pentair filter. Pentair doesn't provide a part # for a rubber o ring that was the cause and instead requires you to buy a kit. Jerry new exactly what the cause was and new what part I needed. I trust my car mechanic and now Marlin pools to shoot me straight when it comes to maintenance.
Had an issue that was causing inconsistent pressure & water flow through the pump. Jerry called me back within a couple hours and did the troubleshooting with me on the phone. Problem solved, I avoided the service call for $100+ and Jerry and Marline Pools as a whole are awesome!
Tell you what; this place saved me money. Thank you Jerry and Ken. Will keep coming back for your expert advice. #1 in my rolodex. Who uses a rolodex these days? Old farts like me who have been around for a while and know a good place for pool equipment.
I have had the pleasure of working with the professionals at Marlin Pools for many years. General manager Jerry Owen has always gone the extra mile to accommodate my needs with promptness, reliability, efficiency, expertise, patience and fairness. Most recently, their excellent technician Damon has been involved with skillfully replacing my water feature pump and motor as well as my pool filter and plumbing, etc. I therefore highly recommend them and would absolutely use no other company for any of my pool issues.
