Great work by Jerry & his team. He was knowledgeable about the root cause of the problem and offered his recommendations in reasonable steps. Offered to FaceTime the situation as well before coming out. I will use again in the future.
Wow, what service!!! My pump wasn’t working so I called Jerry. He suggested a FaceTime call to help me diagnose the problem. With his direction we figured out that the capacitor was probably bad. I was able to get a replacement overnight and had the pump up and running by 6:30am the next morning! Unbelievable! I’m a huge fan!
Jerry is the best! I won’t go anywhere else to get all my pool supplies and parts. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to help! I highly recommend Marlin pool supplies!
