A vet that specialises in birds - very rare for the region. Great advice and prompt service/appointment. Highest care and explanation. Pros cons, what to expect and forecast prognosis/ after care. Very trustworthy, all time required for diagnosis and fair billing for expertise. Highly recommend
Extremely disappointing experience regarding the treatment of Australian native wildlife. While working for a remote Great Barrier Reef operation, our crew found a young tern (seabird) injured at sea. We brought the bird onboard, nursed it back to health, and fed it three times a day while offshore. Over the course of the trip the bird regained strength and was beginning to improve, even attempting short flights.
