Jay started a cabinet and room remodel job at my house. First he said he was finished when he hadn't even done half the job. I literally had to pull out the contract and remind him what the job was. He agreed. So then he went to the beach to build a new home. He never came back and finished though he got paid 95% of the money. Two years later and room still looks like crap and is unfinished. Walls unpainted and a door he hung that has carved a permenant groove in my hardwood floor. He seems like a nice guy but buyer beware.
