I can only go by what my father says because there are no visitors allowed, but he wasn't in there for 24 hours. He wanted out.
My family and I are furious right now! My grandmother lives in Marley Neck Rehabilitation Center in Glen Burnie, MD. We were told that we cannot go to her window just to see her because of some other idiots decided to open the window and risk the lives of their own family members and other residents of the nursing home to COVID-19! Recommended0 stars for this place They need to just be shut down cause they can’t do anything right and that mean waiting hours over 3 just to go to the bathroom never on a timely matter for anything they all smoke next to the no smoking sign they let other Patient’s beat on the door to get out all night long and don’t answer others that are yelling out there names all night long don’t listen to what the patients are trying to tell them what’s wrong I have watched them almost drop my roommate can’t count how many’s times and just pull ... read more
Im going to try keeping an update. Meds have been late EVERY time and I dont mean 15-30 minutes, its been 1.5-2.5 hrs +. Today they tried to tell me they already gave my 6 am meds that was a no, no one came to give me any meds bur looks like the nurse took it. SMH!!! I reqiested to speak to the Manager. She's busy. I wad able to havr my 6 am meds. Don't expect selection of meal chooses. Everyone has the same unlrss you cant have something, Gluten doesnt count.
I was in Marley Neck Health & Rehabilitation Center for about 2 months. During my stay, I was treated very well. None of my needs went un-noticed and were cared for. The nursing and nursing aid staff was very good to me. I have to give the physical therapy group the highest praise, I don't know what I would have done without them. They encouraged me to push myself and to do better each day. I wouldn't be doing as good as I am today without their help, I thank you all.
So far so good!! We have experienced very friendly staff and fairly private one on one treatment as far as physical therapy..Glen Burnie Rehab is the worst!! Marley Neck is very nice. I hope no one is getting them confused
