Was very short, remembered my business from a few years ago when we called for an estimate, reminded me that we only go with the cheaper quote, straight told us he wasn’t going to waist his time with us, wow!! Was so unprofessional
I called in a bind and they were able to come out the following morning and did a fantastic job! My carpets look brand new!
