Very disappointed! My vehichle was at the shop for a week. I called they said they would get to it. All I asked was to get a sensor put in. This is my 2 nd vehicle he said it's not worth fixing. My other car I asked for one thing to be checked, he said I might as well junk it. So I took his word for it. As a single divorced lady. They took advantage. These guys have saved me $1,000’s by simply being good honest guys that don’t charge for unnecessary repairs. They give you straight honest reports on what’s needed and what’s not. Finally a mechanic you can TRUST! Patrick (Owner), Rick (Lead Mechanic) and Mike (mechanic) are all great.

Most horrible customer service ever. Was hung up on the phone. Had to bring our car in 3 times in one week. The so called manager mike is the most disrespect person that doesn’t know anything about smart start and has horrible customer service and told us it was fixed when it wasn’t. We will never come back here again. And everyone will know about it! And also they stole the hood release lever in the cab of our car. Thanks for stealing might even get police involved!

Terribly disappointed I was told to bring my car in at 8:00am so that they could try and diagnose why my heat is going in and out. I dropped it off right after they opened. I was told it would only take a few hours and that they would have the owner call me. I called at 2:30pm for a follow up with them and I was told they were just about to pull my car in. Rude front desk guy I went to the shop to ask for a bid to replace a suspension component. Rather than give me a price for the service, I was immediately argued with. I was told I could make an appointment to have the crew diagnose my proble. When I asked for a time and let them know I would have to stay with the vehicle, so I would appreciate an estimate of the length I would have to wait the front desk guy immediately accused me of just trying to get a free diagnosis.
