Five stars doesn't say enough. I had to go there for 19 weeks. First off, to have a world class clinic like this in your region is nothing short a blessing. I think the most important part of my experience is that the ladies there exemplified the best that can be expected from health care in the world today. Absolutely horrible to get ahold of, I was trying to schedule a wound care follow-up after being referred from Marlette Hospital and called 6 times left 4 messages over a 2 day period and finally asked the operator what is going on that nobody can answer or return calls. The operator then called Demarcus directly (the scheduler I guess) he took information down rudely and said he would call right back after checking insurance and guess what ....... still no call back. 10 out of 5 stars! This clinic was absolutely amazing! I had a pretty bad burn from a bonfire and Dr. saw me in the emergency room and immediately told me to be in her office the next day by 12. Everything was explained very thoroughly on the process of healing and the procedures that were being done to ensure a speedy recovery. I am amazed to say that I have been discharged with very minimal scarring and this was an amazing team to work with!
