Most unprofessional ambulance crew I have ever encountered. Family members had to load the patent onto the gurney as the crew left the gurney at an elevated level. The patient had a dislocated hip which in itself was extremely painful and the elevated height of the gurney did not help. Pain meds were said to have been administered twice, but the pain meds stated the patient was given had zero effect both times it was injected. This company did not handle my emergency professionally. Not only did they not obtain a face sheet from the hospital I was transported to... the billing department didn’t bother to do so either. They were billing me directly instead of going through my insurance company. AND they were sending everything to the wrong address. Fast forward two years later guess who has a collections for a bill shes never seen! This company doesn’t have the common decency to give a call back either.
