I went to this place to get my hair done for prom a few months back and I set my hair appointment at 3pm And did not get seated until around 3:30.(mind you I set this appointment FOR A REASON) When I set the appointment up this lady asked if I wanted my hair washed there as well and I had said yes and everything seemed normal but when I first got seated she asked if I washed my hair and I told her yes a day before but I still thought she would still wash my hair since I had told her I wanted it washed.
