They did alright. The website deposit link doesn’t work, but they confirmed my appointment nevertheless; they don’t take cards, and don’t say that on the website, but they accepted Zelle as a one-time solution. They worked hastily and without patience during my takedown. At any rate, the woman who braided my hair was competent and did a nice job once she was able to understand what I wanted. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important to share my experience. I paid $230 for braids and unfortunately, the quality and overall experience were disappointing. First, the service itself felt chaotic; three different people were pulling my hair in different directions at the same time, which was really uncomfortable. I didn’t feel welcome or at ease during the appointment. At one point, one of the women was speaking close to my face with very strong onion breath, which only added to the discomfort.... read more
