I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important to share my experience. I paid $230 for braids and unfortunately, the quality and overall experience were disappointing. First, the service itself felt chaotic; three different people were pulling my hair in different directions at the same time, which was really uncomfortable. This was my experience with this business today. First, I tried numerous times to speak with the owner about my hair to obtain information on how I should proceed with my hair style. The owner never responded to my questions or returned my calls. I was told by Marlene, she doesn’t have time to answer calls or emails because she’s busy with too many people contacting her.
