I sought care when extending my SDI and obtaining an MRI order for a very traumatic preterm birth. Unfortunately Marlene was very cold, short, offered a mere 2 week extension and refused to order a much needed MRI and said “I don't know why they put it on us. They have to do it” When you’re unsure on whether your baby is going to make it out okay, this hurts to hear.
