Thank God, I went to someone else for my car insurance. They were over charging me. My car insurance is much cheaper now.
I am glad State Farm is not the only car insurance company around the LG area. I am also aware of privacy rules which applied to my experience, but as customers you pay for the service and with that service comes friendly accessible customer service, this is not included with Marlene. My family has had State Farm for many years, but have also complained of the rudeness Marlene and her staff have had. Marlene and her office are absolutely wonderful to talk to and deal with. They truly care about their customers and it shows in their attitudes. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
One of the things I love about living in Lake Geneva is how amazing the people are, and Jeanie at the State Farm office is no exception. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. I gave her my info over the phone, and she came back the same day with a great quote that saved me several hundred dollars per month. My new policy was in place that afternoon. Excellent service and another reminder of why I’m so glad to be part of this community!
