I was scheduled for an in-person appointment with Dr. Bednar that was cancelled and rescheduled for a video call. The morning of the video call I had no link sent, etc. and when I called the office I was told the appointment had been canceled a week prior. I did not receive any cancellation notice. I tried to reschedule and was told she is no longer taking new patients - don't know why/how they scheduled me twice to meet with her if she is not taking new patients. Don’t waste your time!!! I took my daughter one time because i wanted to switch neurologist.to Dr . She said , we didn’t even have to come to the office for first time visit. The rest could be telemedicine. Looked at her medication. Then about 2 weeks later I called for refills and never in 30 yrs of neurology with my daughter have i ever got told i will not be taking over her prescriptions. Several of my other Doctors have recently become concerned with a head tremor I have. I've had it for at least 12 years and no one ever ruled out other movement disorders. Recently its become painful and has some pulling. My other doctors just wanted neuro to confirm this is infact a tremor. The nurse who did my intake was apparently on loan. I would give 0 stars if I could. This woman will deny you treatment, and then lie about it. She wouldn’t let me talk at all, kept cutting me off and yelling over me that she couldn’t help me. I thanked her for letting me suffer and I walked out. She refused to do anything, I wasn’t sticking around to listen to her yell to herself. THEN, the unthinkable happens.
