I can't recommend Marlec Electrical highly enough! Joel and his team are absolutely fantastic they are professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Joel took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done safely and efficiently. Joel was really great - he was responsive, came to our place on a public holiday, worked on the issue for around 3 hours to figure out what was going on, fixed it, then cleaned and tidied up afterwards, talked me through the whole process, and put a quote into the real estate agents for further repairs.
