Excellent service all around! As parents, we know how much anxiety comes with little ones at the dentist. Dr. Wilson and his team are so patient and flexible throughout the entire journey. My son Josh just had his first filling. Dr. Wilson was calm and explained the whole process to him in a kid friendly way throughout the WHOLE process. I learned a lot myself lol. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my daughter’s appointment on 8/20/26. I normally don’t write reviews but I feel underserved by every level of professional they offer. My appointment was scheduled for 4 pm and didn’t know they closed at 430. The receptionist began this experience without a greeting just saying “Her name?”. Followed by “Your visit will be 100$”. We had such a wonderful experience at the Village of Marlborough Pediatric Dentist office. As a parent of a child with autism, going to the dentist can often feel overwhelming, but the entire staff treated my son with incredible kindness, patience, and respect from the moment we arrived. They never made us feel rushed, and I never once felt like my son’s struggles to cope were an inconvenience to them. We had good visits at first, and the staff was always friendly, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, when my child needed outside dental treatment, our experience changed completely. They referred us out for dental work, but after getting a second and third opinion, we learned that significantly less work was actually needed.
