Went in there with two kids waiting for ages to talk to get my son a 400 dollar helmet and gloves but the guy was to busy for 15 mins talking to a guy didn't say hi or il help u in a min . I left not buying a 400 helmet and not getting gloves . What a shit show . I don't ride at all so want help with safety gear
took my bike for a wof and replacement tyre once i was able to pick up the bike i then road it back to picton. upon riding the bike i could feel my chain slip and my rear breaks were soft and spongy . once reaching picton i went to tighten my chain and then i noticed that the bolt that secures the break hub to the bar connected to the frame of the bike on the bike was missing. the bar was hanging down low enough to scrape going around corners. the rear axle bolt locking nut did not have its spit pin fitted as shown in photos... read more
Gone Downhill. Ever since Brendan stepped down, this place has taken a tumble. Daniel at the front desk is extremely rude, especially the way he talks to other team members. Was booked in for a WOF at 4pm, and was mucked around for about 20-30 minutes before the mechanic was notified I was waiting, very bad communication between shop staff and workshop team. Looked at buying a CF650 secondhand called before travelling regarding bike and condition Was not up front until getting there with issues with the bike and sale did not happen, waste of my time and money and the dealers. Be more honest if you won’t your business to thrive
